In regards to the 4x4 light, pull your gauge cluster out and find the wire that plugs in to the back for the 4x4 light. tap into that wire with a new one and run it straight to the connector on the tranny (there should already be power from the existing wire). It is a negative ground, so when you shift it into 4wd, it grounds and the light comes on. Same thing with the reverse lights.
