Are the two transmissions identical in length - any driveshaft issues?

So my hard parts list s/b:
Trans, bell housing and mount
Flywheel, throw-out bearing, clutch & pilot bearing
Master cylinder, slave, hard line and pedal assembly
What have I missed?????

Any special tools other than tranny jack?

If you have any tips not mentioned in doing the swap I'd appreciate hearing of it now. I'm seriously considering doing the swap while my motor is out.
