The W-56 is around 1-5/8" longer than the auto tranny. I'm running 3" of sus. lift and was able to reuse my driveshafts without any issues. Might be a different story depending on how high/low your truck is.

Your parts list looks good to me. You will want to add on the two bushings for the tranny shifter. Look here,

I can't think of anything else that I haven't already posted. Creating holes in the firewall for the master cyl. was the hardest part for me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" />. Take your time when you do it.
