I think it's great that everyone comes to their defense with a story of their own misfortune.

My viewpoint: I've order from them 4 times, only when it's a dealer only part. Everytime something has went wrong.

They need to first make sure they have the part, ship the correct part, to the correct address. Seems like they've got issues clear across the board to me.
