Keep in mind that St. Charles is not always the one making mistakes. They are only the very first people to touch your order in a long line. I have had great service from Merlin at St. Charles every time I have ordered. Yes, they have messed up one order of mine by shipping the wrong part, but that was for obscure plastic peices of an optional armrest that don't seem to even exist. They didn't charge me for any of the incorrect parts.

The point is they did their best to correct the mistake, even though the problem might have been my description or one of the warehouses. That is Customer Service, above and beyond what is expected in my book.
