I change the oil in my 92 amigo then drive it for 1000-1500 miles with the oil pressure normal. After 1500 the oil presure drops to zero when i turn around corners. Is this normal or is something messed up on my truck.

Check the oil level -- that sounds exactly like what would happen if you had a low oil level.

Which oil you have, a synthetic ? Then it is normal.
With many synthetics the oil level is lower than it should
be, becouse some modern oils are very sticky and they stick
to the engine walls and the oil does not drain down quickly.
I have the same problem with my Royal Purple oil -
it always shows half quart below normal after the oil
change. Next morning it will drain down and the level
will be OK.

Your dipstick can't be broken. Its a metal rod. Even if the dipstick is bent and the tube is bent as well, it should still work exactly the same.

I would find out where your oil is going after 1500 miles. It could be a sign of a more complicated problem (burning oil). It could be leaking past the valve guides into the combustion chamber, past the oil ring which could be sign of bad rings or low compression, or even more problems... A new dipstick won't solve any of these.
