Up to speed? Sure.

The LSD version of this was installed by Shop1:
Diff

It sounded terrible. Towed to shop# 2.
Shop#2 diagnoses as Tranny problem.
Shop# 1 Stated it wasn't caused by anything they did. They said possibly "stress" caused by the LSD vs an open diff. ( 5 speed manual ).
Shop 2 Takes out rear driveshaft and test drives- no noise. " Oh, guess it isn't the tranny" <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
So something must have got damaged in shipping and the LSD needs to be re-set up.
Shop #2 suggests re-doing bearings while they are at it.
So, $300 Labour, 150$ in bearing parts plus the original R&R of 400$ gets me ( hopefully ) a fully functional LSD.

PS: Thanks Fuzz, I'm dealing with Tranny shop #2 in Pickering. Nice guys, they mis-diagnosed but I'm feeling really forgiving - and they caught their mistake.
I'd ( so far ) recommend them. PM if you need the name.
