Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hey all! I'm normally over on the mini-truck forum but I always like to take a peek at what the full-size guys are doing. Anyways on w/my question. My dad has a '96 T-100 2WD with the 3.4 V6 and a 5 speed. I drove his truck around the other day and couldn't help notice how rough it shifted. Several times I really had to mash the pedal and force it into 1st and reverse (maybe I'm not use to the stiffer pedal feel). He had his clutch replaced about 3 yrs ago along w/the master cylinder but its seems to be good w/ no slipping or power loss. I was thinking maybe the gear oil needed to be drained and refilled. I know the Redline MT-90 works really well in the mini's W56 tranny and was wondering if its what you guys use in the T-100's, or if you use something else. Any suggests would be much appreciated, Thanks! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
