Body Damage is Cool

I have the "D" window ARE wheels and the only balance problem is when the balance guy runs them on with an impact wrench and in a circle pattern!!! These wheels do not auto-center on the hub so care must be taken when mounting them. The area around lug circle distorts and causes shake problems. Carefully tighten lugs in the recommended 6-bolt cross pattern AND TORQUE THEM IN 2 STAGES TO 75-80ft/lbs. Contrary to the snot-nosed doofus at the Gutyear garage, an impact dialed up to 140ft/lbs (I checked)is not how you mount a wheel. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
Turn LEFT to go RIGHT
