I have a set of 15x8 aluminum wheels that are not clear coated and I was wondering what would be the best way to clean them and clearcoat them so they would look better and be easier to clean. This is what they look like.

Of course not this shiney. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" /> I know some of you guys have done this. I just want to clean them and clear them - not polish(don't have the time for that, nor the desire). Thanks in advance.
