I did a conversion on my Baja Bug, and LOVE IT!! I would consider a disc kit for my 4 Runner if the kit was very high quality, retained an E brake, came with everything needed for the job, like proportioning valve, hardware, etc. The main concern would be what kind of warranty it came with, the reputation of the company/people making the kit, how long the kit was tested for before being available for purchase. As a regular "save up so I can buy it" kinda person, I like to spend my $$$ wisely.
