Leaf springs often have a mind of their own. I gave up worrying about which corner of my truck was sitting low one day or the next. Over a week, it'll average out to level I suppose.

On yours, you might check the torsion bar adjustment up front, often a slight height difference there can make a much bigger difference in the back. See if the corner opposite the low one is a little high.
