That's poor quality control.

Those springs have obviously different arches in them. So why are you surprized that your truck sits off-level?

Spring steel is special stuff. It's bent to spec, then heat treated to hold that shape. If you get two spring assemblies that exhibit different arches, then something ain't right.

You can believe someone at that company doesn't want you riding on substandard spring assemblies, so send them back and let him figure out what went wrong and fix it.
