He's probably talking about one of 2 things, both are crap.


One would be these 2 little rubber pieces you stuff in between the coils of your coil spring so it doesn't compress all the way. Crap.


Second is a rubber spacer that you put on top of your coil spring, which would only work on the rear. They will last for a few months and then flatten and deform. Crap. I used them on my 96 and they were junk after a short time.

Eric you need to figure out what is wrong and fix it the right way, not band-aid it. If you had the recall recently done, demand they fix it and call Toyota corporate. If it has sagged after a period of time, replace your coil springs.
