Are you talking about the tab on the window, not just one of the wires? Yes they can be resoldered, but you have to be very careful. The metal on the window is very thin and it easily burns, while the tab is fairly heavy and takes a lot of heat to get the solder on it. I tinned up the tab and then held it against the window with a blunt tip on a soldering iron. I burned the metal on the window a little, but it worked to reattach the connector. It has been working for over two years now with no problems. Be sure to clean everything before you try to do it. I went over the metal on the window and the tab with emery cloth to remove any oxidation so the solder would more easily bond.
