Dennis I don't check out the Ford board here much because I am over at Explorer4x4.com a lot. It is the biggest board for Explorer's, Bronco II's & Rangers that I know of. You might want to check it out and see if someone can help you out on your problem. I don't like electrical problems and I usually take it to our mechanic when I have those kind of problems. Thanks for the responses, we really do like the Sorento. I really think it is a good looking body style, it has the power they forgot to put in the Sportages and it gets pretty good gas mileage.
We are going to take it four-wheeling on some easier trails this weekend and see how it does.
