Now a 2" notched center support bearing modification to allow a 2" engine and drivetrain lift sounds like a better solution than the extended transmission and transfercase shifters and it just so happens I bought a spare TC shifter when my mechanic began hacking/welding on my original. The engine lift is a no-brainer with my electric radiator fan so my only unknown is whether there would be any issues with the front driveline. I never wanted a huge lift but I really hate how much clearance the crossmember steals. I really like my lift but want my spring mounts to be the only protrusion visible on a side view. Looks like my mechanic is gonna be getting some more use out of his welder. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Brew
