Here is what you would need to do except you would still need to accomodate the carrier bearing. Erik has a single piece rear CV shaft, so he did not care about a carrier bearing. He only did this to make the CV shaft clear teh crossmember when he added the dual crawler.

With a full 2" drivetrain lift, you would not want to run at high speeds in 4WD. The driveshaft angle is too steep at the pinion. Since Erik built his own front IFS lift on the T100, he was able to design in a better pinion angle.

I would try to figure out how to modify your IFS lift to allow you to rotate the front pinion up like Erik. If you did that, you would be home free.
