I had a soft brake pedal. So I :
1 installed a rebuilt master cylinder (no visable leaks nad new front pads)
2 same4 problem after a few days, so i got another brakes master cylinder.
3 bleeding seems to help for a while, but eventually, pedal goes to the floor.

No leaks from cylinders, new front pads and master. Brakes have been bleed four times. Now what? What is left to do?

Just a thought. If you bled all the brake lines and your still getting a spongy feel then I'd have to say you have a leak somewhere. Take your time and check all your brake lines, it's possible you have a pin hole somewhere. When the brake pedal is applied, the brake lines are under a whole lot of pressure. I guess I'd wipe em' down and have somebody depress the pedal while your under there and look for a wet spot. (no comment) <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
