Viton is a material, and most manufactures make seals out of it. Kinda hard/rubbery substance that resists heat. Never used ITM gaskets, I just always go through Engnbldr and his are DJRock sets. All the appropriate seals are viton and Ive yet to experience any problems due to the quality. Full sets are about 25% of the cost of what stores charge and his come COMPLETE! Worth your time to look into it.
