I replaced the o2 sensor to no avail. Clearing the codes shuts it off for a day or so. Wiring harness to sensor looks good. Where else should I look? Thanks. Never understood how you could get both codes (lead/rich) at the same time. Since you've changed the O2 sensor, try cleaning the TB and/or airfilter. Not sure why, but this resolved the code for me. See, if you used an am vs. the Toy brand, sometimes the "nipple" isn't long enough to read the flow of gasses going through the pipe! Also, like Albagtas said: clean your T-body out!
