Jet Performance overall has a very good reputation, but for our trucks, I doubt you'll see much gain from it. Vehicles that most benefit are sports cars with high reving engine, or any turbo charged gas/diesel as in the full-size Dodge/Ford/GM trucks. For instance, I have an Acura Integra GSR, which has the VTEC engine that redlines at 8100 RPM. For that car, I'm thinking of getting a peformance chip for it, and it should work well.

One of the drawback for out T is that the gain in HP is mostly towards the upper end of the RPM, which means you'll only see it when your engine is above 4000 RPM or so. On my T, my RPM rarely sees beyond 4000 RPM. The other issue is that you would have to use high octane gas to see any potential gain, and that's a good 20 cents per gallon more. Considering how expensive gas are these days, it'll all add up.

But then again, if you have the money for it, it'll be interesting to see what result it'll produce. If it's my money, I would save it for a super charger. Good luck and keep us in the loop.
