Getting the Wheeling Fever

Howdy all,

I'm looking for advice for putting my 22R carb back on. I've cleaned up all the surfaces, including those of the insulator. I think the insulator has some self sealing action, but should I use some silicone to seal the insulator to the intake and the carb base to the insulator? I don't want any intake leaks!
