I thought I read it somewhere, I could be wrong though, have been before, I know I will again. I looked around on the sites I used to research the same topic and could not find it.
But it made sense being it is a softer metal(cracking) and there is a lot of weight up there. It is under a suspended load though, which takes most of the stress and inertia weight when wheelin, so hmmmmm.

I have the Revtek Lift. The front spacer is cast and the rear is poly. The Revtek is nice because it has the top out spacer and the diff drop kit, the one problem is the rear spacer. The kit lifts the front 3" and the rear 2-2.5". They claim this is to level it out, but it ends up looking like a 2nd gen with saggy springs. I would search around and try to find a front lift from whatever company you choose, but definately buy new springs for the rear- OME 891's or 890's. They will level it out and you wont be bottoming out all the time.

If your runner is already sagging and you install the same size lift front and back, you'll still be sitting low in the rear ......just higher overall. I went with a 1" front daystar spacer and 2.5 ez-lift spacers in the rear. The truck has a nice stance with the rear slightly higher. The 1" spacer lifted way over an inch . And since the rear is up slightly higher, i only need to inflate my airlift bags to 15 psi to hold a load. A nice cushy ride. Kenny S>
