I hate to have to ressurect this post. But yep, the death wobble is back.

I am uncertain how I am getting the death wobble. Of course the angle on my draglink clearly says you have bumpsteer. But bumpsteer should only pull me into more situations where I wobble. Not actually cause the wobble.

So anyhow, that leaves me thinking about caster angle again. Right now the truck tracks fairly well while the steering isnt too heavy its pretty tolerable.

Also, before when I had longer shackles which should have slightly reduced my positive caster angle I ended up with the wobble even worse then.

I am now questioning if I just have too much positive caster or still not enough?? I will buy an angle finder tommorow and see what I can find for measurements.

I will be replacing the heims with TREs and a new tie rod here in the next week to see if that will help a little as well. Right now I just have the heims uber tight in the stock steering arms of the waggy knuckles.

Here is about the only decent image I have of what we are looking at for caster angles. I am a digital camera borrower not owner so sorry about that.
