Roll Me Over
Through the magic of the military firewall where many things are banned, I can pull up your story but not the pics. Good story; I took the family there not to long ago (stopped at mine shop, etc...kids) and could picture most of it. You were much smarter to air down, I didn't have my air pump.

Closest hot springs I know is Strawberry. You mind telling me where these are at so that
(1) the next time I get back to Arizona, and
(2) Convince the family to go out to the sheep bridge area again
I can stop there?

[color:"white"]? 04 Rodeo DI ?[/color] 75k mi, body damage on the 1st weekend I got it.

heh... here's how to get to the hot spring from Sheep Bridge.. step 1. park at sheep bridge. Step 2. walk north about 200 ft down towards the river.

I look for it next time, I must have missed it. I don't think my daughters (23, 16) or son (14) will go for want to see their parents nekkid, however. That's the stuff of nightmares.

I should have known it was around there, I found a lot of trash in that area, including a run-down tent also full of garbage; some of which we cleaned up (loose garbage/cans/bottles) and some of which we found a ranger and reported it so they could clean it up (tent full of water and other garbage).

River was too high when I was there to ford (spring; still some ice on the gound in the higher areas of the trail).

Isn't the route shorter from the other side? http://az-offroad.com/ doesn't pull up from here either but they had a writeup on it when I last looked.

I'll be home (Phoenix) next week and see if I can pull up your pictures.

Thanks, Wayne

it's a whole lot closer if you go around the south-east side of horseshoe lake.

Awsome story man. Made me take a trip through memory lane... remember walking on state highways in my muddy undies and pressure washing the inside of carpeted vehicles up in PNW.

Definately got some good karma coming your way
