Weld a nut to the head of the bolt, grind two opposite sides flat and use vise-grips on it... there a a couple of methods.

The tricky thing isn't that you can't get it out, it's that you can't get TO most of them to get fancy... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
