Replacing stock springs with stock springs would not really solve your rear ride height issues, at least for very long, unless you added a spacer to raise up the back end. Some sort of heavier rear spring or a lift spring would probably work better. Torsion bar adjustments are not too hard, unless you have rust or other damage to the adjusting hardware.
