Do you have an LWB or SWB? The 95-98(?) 3.0 is more like 177HP/185LbFt. The main difference being the 24V SOHC heads. I don't know what else is different from there. Intake, ECU, other???

I'm talking trash here as I have no idea, but what would it take to put the heads on yours? Would it need a new ECU to go with it, or could the 90's manage enough delivery? I'm guessing that it isn't just a bolt on as I don't remember anyone else doing it, and there have been some Gen I 3.0 rebuilds done here.

I think it has been discussed in the past, but I don't remember any details...
