OME (Old Man Emu) offers a set of leaf springs with about 2" of lift.

I have a set of these on my 85 pickup. They flex pretty well and the overall ride is much improved. They also are completely bolt on and will work well with the stock push-pull steering and torque rod. On the downside, they are not cheap at around $170 each spring.
