Yep! Adjust the sensing rod to account for the lift, make a bracket to raise the end on the axle 1" or so. Here's what I did with mine many years ago.

I took mine off about 2 years ago.It made no ill effects at all,it still drives like a 4x4 with 1 1/2 lift and M/T tires.
