I took the front off and have noticed no differance; obviously cause the bushings were soo worn out. IS the rear one that 1/4 inch steel thing that goes from one side of the chasis to the rear axle? I looks soo flimsy, but I'm not going to remove it cause it isn't holding me back right now and if it helps rear body roll on the road then great.
