If I understand you correctly, a 1.5" tall spacer will give you almost 3" of lift (due to pivoting), and shackles that are 2.5" longer than stock will give you 1.25" of lift in the rear (once again as a result of pivoting), so 33's should fit easy in the front, but not so easy in the rear. Also, you need at least 7" rims for 12.50 wide tires.
