I am running 33x12.50x15's on my CJ7. have used them for years with no problems. been through the rubicon with them and numerous other off road trips. they are slightly noisy in an open Jeep, but not unbearable. I only run 22 to 24 PSI due to the lightweight of the Jeep. I don't even bother to air them down off road. also, I run them on 8" wheels to help protect the wheels from rock damage. have not had a rock touch the wheels yet.
IMHO you made an excellent choice.
