Then I'm thinking your bars are as maxed out as you can get them. If you have no more droop, how can you crank your t-bars any more, other than to just put more tension on them?

Anyhow, you're talking about a 14-year-old truck here. Yes, lifting it puts more stress on the suspension and will wear out parts more quickly. So I think you're seeing that wear.

If you have no droop, I'd suggest backing off on the lift a little. What you're saying is that the truck is riding on the upper bumpstops (the ones on the a-arms), which isn't very good for ride quality and is probably an idication that you're a little high. A little less lift, a little less CV boot replacement, IMHO...
