not too hard to install. get motor mount lift from roger brown. shifters come back where they belong. radiator drop gets removed. auto trans shifter piece comes out. then you can either get a tcase lift from roger or a whole crossmember from bud. then you will have to move the carrier bearing up like brew is doing. i think that is all there is.


okay, starting to get lost...if i do above, that'd be 2" motor mount lift, 1" tranny and do the crossmember? what's exactly invoved with moving the carrier bearing?


if you lift the carrier bearing, you can lift the tcase the full 2". if not, only 1 without getting vibes. climb under and look at the bearing in the rubber assembly which is at the middle of your rear driveshaft. that part mounts to a crossmember in the frame. youd have to notch the frame crossmember and push the carrier bearing up. you can get a 1" or 2" tcase spacer by itself from roger brown or you can get it incorporated into a whole new tcase crossmember from budbuilt which give you GOBS more clearance under the tcase.
