Not sure about that, '84/5 bumper brackets are different than '86-'99/9 and those (front of the frame) are very different from the '89/90-'95 brackets (on the sides o the frame) and those are different than the Tacomas, which in turn are different than the 3rd gen 4Runners (don't ask me how I know!).
