It's a very basic model (22R) and no AC or power steering. I wanted to covert it from push-pull to crossover and didn't know if I need to also convert it to PS? Can I get by without PS? USA 4Crawler Web Wheeler Since you have to swap steering boxes for the crossover steering (to the IFS style), you may as well go with a p/s box. I think manual IFS boxes are going to be pretty rare. Bare bones model I guess, no ac or anything either. I have the power steering parts from a 2wd, though it's low on the priority list. You need to use the 4wd pitman arm. I've heard the 4wd power steering box is beefier but I don't know if that's fact or fiction.
