I just did this myself within the past few months. All I can say is that you MUST spray the exhaust bolts with PB blaster. There is one section of the exhaust that needs to be removed in order to remove and replace the starter. I would say start spraying at least three days before starting on this project. By doing so you will save yourself $400, believe me I know <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />
