What kinda gas mileage could I expect to get from a 3.4liter 5speed 4x4 Ex-Cab, which will be mainly used as a daily driver? I'm checking out a 1998 model!

They are rated to get 16-19 mpg, and I seem to average 18.5 mpg in town with a high of 21.4 mpg on the highway. You might do a little better in a Taco with the same motor since it weighs about 1,000 lbs less than a T100.

Do a search on gas mileage... You'll find a whole bunch of responses. I threw 33's on mine the week I got it, so I have no idea what the norm is.

So why should he do a search just because you can't remember?

So many people respond with "Do a search" which generally results in old posts that say "Do a search". It's the information age and even if some of it's repetitive to longtime owners and forum members, new T owners and members who want to ask questions and to hear first hand accounts shouldn't be brushed off because you've replied to similar posts many times before.

Let me make clear, I AM NOT KNOCKING 4XGEEK. I just don't understand taking the time to reply with "Do a search" when replying with the answer would be just as easy. Unless you're 4xGeek and just don't know the answer....
