CVs only turn when you stop, put in 4wd move forward or backwards while in 4wd, once you disengage 4wd and reverse the direction you were going in, the unlock and the cvs will not spin. I highly recommend switching to manuals. I have the warns and love them. Extremely simple to work on and with, cheap to rebuild, rebuild kits are available within 2-3 days from any parts store that carries warn stuff. Never had aisins, but never heard a complaint. IMO, the warns also look lots better. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> If you have auto hubs, dont try to pop into 4wd with the hubs unlocked while moving. It does not, i repeat, does not sound pretty at all. Thats something I did a time or 2 before I knew better and even after by mistake. Last few times was because the hubs bit the dust. Warns go on in minutes without modification. I would stay away from the superwinch hubs, you can search on here about the problems they had. You wont find too many problems with the warns though. I am biased tho, I have the warns and love them.

BTW, single best mod I did to increase offroad traction and assurance.
