I'm posting this for a friend:

96 Cherokee Laredo

My buddy's Cherokee has one of the 'trouble displays' in the center console/dash area. It shows a diagram of the truck and highlights trouble spots. A few weeks ago he blew a tail light, and the display told him that he needed to service the tail lights. He replaced the lamp and now everything works like it should. The problem is that the display is still indicating that the lamp is blown. Is there any way to reset this thing without visiting the dealer?

Thanks in advance!

Have him check the license plate lights. A guy I work with had the same problem, he didn't realize there were two bulbs.
