I think the end links that come with the Addco bars are junk and I will not use them. There is nothing wrong with the stock end links. I have always used them on my truck(s) and I have even wheeled one without disconnecting with the stiff Addco bar. From what I have seen the lower mount or bracket for the front bar from Addco likes to come loose and I have seen this and heard of this from many people.

The way to properly use the stock end links with the Addco bar is to simply not over tighten the damn bushings.

The end link must be allowed to move for and aft as the suspension goes through its normal range of motion. If the bushings are to tight it will resist the for and aft movement and place a lot of strain on the shaft of the end link and cause it to snap right off.

Just tighten down the end link bushing until the bushing makes contact with the bar and as soon as you see the SLIGHTEST buldge STOP. It is just that simple. Tighter is not better in this case.

The pic that Bratic posted up, you can see the bushings buldging out and if that were a stock end link it would snap. That is way to tight.
