I really really like my LC high pinion. The driveline is about ideal with double cases and an 85 CV, still would be with a single though. I can drive in FWD and only get a slight torque steer effect. Smooth as silk and some additional clearance too.

You would most likely recoup some coin selling your 4 cyl third with locker.

The FRORF axle would be cool (I assume you would rotate the pinion on it) but $$$, and then you still have a 4cyl third.
