I don't see any reason why that won't work - and maybe not put as much pressure on the links - so long as it doesn't bang into anything on upper movement. Looks like the connection could benefit from an additional washer and bushing between the spacer and the bar, though - maybe it's there and I can't see it.

I had to go out and look at it myself, in the pic it does appear not to have a rubber isolator on the drivers side. Its there though. In full droop there is ample room. I'll be offroad with it this weekend and parts check it. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
