Thats a good place to start. Every engine is different when it comes to the infamous tick and oil consumption. In my case my Rodeo burns a little oil with the Mobil Synths and almost none with Castrol Synths and they both help my vehicle with engine noise. And then there are many people here who swear by the dino oils too. Yup inconsistent. Hope that didnt confuse you more.
