Where ever that ground connection is, you will probably find the defroster ground and brake, tailight, backup, ground attached at the same point. Cleaning this connection and re-tightening it will probably solve your problem.
Why it doesn't do it when your sitting, I can't say, but if the ground goes away, the circuit will try to complete the path any way it can!



Axe, do you know where this ground is?

I found the ground just under the fuse box. Single black wire bolted to the body. Tight as can be and doesn't look corroded at all. Can anyone point me somewhere else. I can't see this causing any other problems yetbut, It's just bugging the heck outa me and I don't want it to cause any problems in the future.
