I had a set of Dunlops, not the mud rover, but the Rover RV. They were excellent in the rain, but lousy in the snow. My newer more aggressive mud tires were louder and heavier, but were so much better in the snow. If I were to get another set of mud tires though, they might be it. Other wise, dunlop builds some good tires.
