Any tricks to this ? There are 7 little bolt/nuts to remove on the inside. There is a little pry slot on the outside. When I pry with a screwdriveR, the glass moves out a bit, but is being held up by ????? What do I do then ? Seems to be nylon clips that I can see behind the glass, when I pry.
What do I do then ? TIA

Straight from my FSM:
1. Remove nuts and bolts 2. Using a knife, cut off the window glass seal. Push out the lower edge of glass, then raise the glass to remove it.

Thats about it, just take it slow. The seal it FIP, like calking. Pry it up a little, and use the knife to cut away the best you can. I have removed one before, and I didn't break it. So it can't be that hard.

Do you need a new seal when putting in glass? Or can I use some sillicone gasket maker?

It is sealed with butyl tape. It comes in large rolls of about 50', and is commonly found in RV supply stores.
I picked up a 50' roll for my windows at Coast RV in Crystal River, Fl., for about $5. It was marketed under the name "Tacky Tape."

I use a hooked knife to slice completely around the inside of the window (first space in from the fiberglass) Once its cut all the way around you can apply pressure to push the window out of its hole. When you put it back in use 3M brand butyl window cord you can get at a auto-body supply. Its much stickier and stronger than the RV stuff . Plus it comes in different diameters (1/4" , 5/16", 3/8") I think I used the 5/16" when I did mine and each window takes about 7 feet if I remember correctly. Clean all surfaces w acetone for good adhesion .I think the tape and inside moulding are all thats holding it on. Good time to paint the exterior trim too. My 2 cents
