I think you've got a good plan. Sometimes I wish I wish I had an older SA frame instead of my SAS, so I could run lower lift springs. The truck on the Pirate photo, looks to me like it has about 7" of lift, though, if you are comparing that picture for lift purposes.

I would go with Harry's idea of OME 2" or 2.5" springs and then add a 4Crawler 1" BL if needed. For the fenders, you could cut them, like I did mine, or you could go with fiberglass with a much wider opening.

If you're only talking about run 35s, you probably only need to relocate the axle forward about 1.5" or so and you should be able to clear the firewall pretty easily. To relocate the axle, you may need to go with a set of All Pro 3" springs. I don't think I would go with drop hangers or extended shackles on the front of an SA truck, especially if you want to keep the lift minimal. Also, you don't need a 3" BL. Only 1" maximum and only if you need it.

I have about 5" of total lift and 35s and I have more air in between my fenders and tires than a Goodyear blimp. The only thing keeping me from lowering my truck is the drop hangers would require me to run darn near inverted arched springs and the lower front IFS frame would hit my steering rods.
